This is interesting!!! I can only eat then=m at the barely ripe stage….I think it’s the squishy texture and more intense smell/flavour that puts me off once they’re ripe π€¨

Love my bananas. Eat 1 a day! Overly ripe ones go into the blender with berries for a smoothie.

I sometimes let a couple of them get spotty before slicing them up and freezing them. Excellent for smoothie bases!

Yes exactly! Rope is actually healthy and brown spots is actually best but make sure itβs not rotting or course.
