Yes we all know that if you can control your thoughts, you can control your actions. When we think of an action, typically the body wants to react to those thoughts. These thoughts can make us make a good or bad decision based on if the thought is positive or negative. We all know this but it’s hard!!!! When your upset and want to express your anger, your mind is reaching to those emotions. How many times have we been upset and reacted because we could not stop thinking about something and wanted a response? When we get to a point where we block out negative thoughts and flip over to the bright side, we can have more control over how we respond. This is a challenge and I look back over my life after the fact and realize that yes it makes sense. Like is about 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you respond. Thanks for reading!
