Our Biological Clock -Is it Ticking?

Ladies we all have heard the phrase, my Biological clock is ticking. For those that don’t know why it means, it refers to the age of your eggs or the age limit that your reproductive system has. We’re told as woman that the later you wait to get pregnant the harder it will be. Reason is that our eggs age like we do and they are not as strong or healthy to make a baby as when you are in your twenty’s. Science says that after you are 30 the healthy egg rates decline and therefore make it harder to become pregnant with a healthy child by 40. After 40, it declines rapidly. Many woman I know had their babies in there thirty’s and beyond so yes you can get pregnant and have a baby but there are the odds of this being harder depending on your reproductive health.

So to my ladies that have no children and want to get pregnant, is your clock ticking and how do you feel about people when they say you better hurry up if your over thirty??? Do you feel pressure to have a baby as a single woman if your not married?

I would say freeze your eggs but don get desperate and have a baby with just anyone. That can be a long road of trouble. Your eggs are good at the age of retrieval if you freeze them. That way when you are ready to get pregnant they are there and you can have a child with the right person. It is costly though but much worth the investment. Has anyone been trying to get pregnant over 30 and has trouble? Thanks for reading!!!!!

  1. ◇ Diamond Hard – just don’t re-“freeze” the eggs as is the case with with frozen food everybody; and, By The Way (btw), perhaps You ARE in Better Shape to Have Kids in Your 40s, 50s and 60s than in Your 20s and 30s…more experience; especially about remaining physically young 🤔 ? – Diamond Hard

  2. I’ve heard this biological clock thing lots of times before. Although I know there’s truth to it, I do think women should still be careful of when they have a child and who they have a child with. That’s why it’s VERY important to wait, even if you’re over thirty and still hadn’t had children yet. Having a child when you’re not ready, financially, emotionally, or physically, or having a child with the wrong man can completely ruin yours and your child’s life! I think freezing eggs is a good idea, but for women who can’t afford it, I wonder if there are cheaper alternatives?

    1. Agreed!!!! If you can’t afford egg freezing then maybe start a savings and plan a few years ahead for IVF or the procedure. Bottom line is having a child with the wrong person can be a lifetime of headache.

  3. ◇ Diamond Hard – I AM a Potential Father and there’s NO WAY!!! a Crazy Bitch is gonna Mother Our Children; now this may seem really harsh…yet My Marvellous Mom who I Love/Hate 80/20% goaded My Placid Father in to Beating Us in The Name of Discipline because The Assaults just made Us Much More Rebellious; subsequent stepmothers stopped The Beatings…to this day, at My Age of 50+, She’s taken No Accountability or Responsibility for those Acts of Assault by An Adult on a Defenceless Child; so, I Guess the truth is that ideal Motherhood is NOT!!! about Her Age, it’s about Her State of Mind and These Days Girls seem More Concerned with Money and Materialism than The True Love that Binds a Family Together 🤔 ? – Diamond Hard

  4. ♡ Sadly so many Bitter, Twisted Old Mothers EveryOne; yet, Happily, well supported Awesome TeenAge Mothers, please THINK!!! about it 🤔 ?
